We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is Smooth, Satisfactory & Amazing. We hold immense pride in presenting exquisitely crafted Ethnic Wear, meticulously fashioned by highly skilled Karigars from various corners of India. It would be our utmost pleasure if return requests were made solely in instances where a defective, Wrong product and damaged product  is received.
Here are the guidelines for Exchanges and Returns:

Returns & Exchanges

No Questions asked. You don't like it; we'll take it back. Kindly place a Return/Exchange Request here.

For Returns and Exchange 

• Items should be Unused, Unwashed and Untagged for Safe Hygiene 
• Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for Returns and Exchange.
• The Product should have the original tags intact. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Returns/Exchange Request needs to be in 48 hours of receiving the product. After then, the request would not be accepted.
• The product should be picked up within 4-6 days of placing the request
• A Return Fee of Rs 150 would be charged and beared by the Customer.
• Products bought during the Diwali Sale are Non Refundable, Non Returnable, Non Exchangable
• For your Returns & Exchanges a Credit Note will be issued, that will be valid for 12 months after date of issuance.
